During our initial session, we'll meet for up to an hour and will use this time to build comfort and learn more about each other. You can tell me about what brought you to therapy and your goals for our meetings . After our initial meeting, we'll meet once or more weekly for 45 minutes at a time. You might find that your problems resolve quickly, or perhaps, the process might take a little longer and require some patience. As you begin to feel better and notice your life improving, you might decide to continue therapy to work more deeply on personal growth and increasing feelings of satisfaction.
